• We take digital photos and put it on our website
•  Additionally we offer the property on special international websites
•  Customer Acquisition
• Booking administration
•  Customer Service on spot (handing over of keys at arrival and departure, property checks)
• Maintenance (final cleaning, laundry)
• If requested we issue a professional rental contract with your individual criteria

Of course it is no problem and just a matter of mutual agreement, if you wish to rent the property out to friends or use it by yourself.

Maybe even then it is useful to have somebody on the spot that will hand over the keys, will make arrangements for eventual airport collections or book a rental car, or maybe just to fill the fridge up. Last but not least the house needs final cleaning as well, laundry needs to be done, etc.

Natürlich ist es kein Problem und ebenfalls nur eine Frage der Absprache, wenn Sie die Immobilie zeitweise selbst an Bekannte und Freunde vergeben oder selbst nutzen möchten.

Doch auch hier ist es vielleicht hilfreich wenn jemand vor Ort ist, der die Schlüssel übergibt,  für die Abholung vom Flughafen sorgt, evtl. einen Mietwagen organisiert oder einfach nur den Kühlschrank füllt. Und auch hier muss anschließend sauber gemacht, Wäsche gewaschen werden und etc.
